Down 32 pounds and I am happy with the way I feel and look. I look forward to to the final run. Doing the exercises are refreshing and I am really trying to push myself but I also don't want to hurt myself in the final days.
I am doing my indulgence today at my friend Marc's 4th of July BBQ. Looking forward to my first burger or hot dog in 80 days! I bet I wind up having a chicken sandwich on wheat or something! This PCP is really in my head. I guess that is what they call success ha?
I am still having issues with the blogger when I try to comment on everyone's photo's. It's driving me crazy being in the technology field but what can you do. I just want to say that I do check all of your sites and think you are all doing great and are a huge source of inspiration to me!!
Patrick, I just looked at your day 1 photo compared to the most recent! WOW is all I can say!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have been following your progress since early May and totally agree with Molly. Holy shit, day 1 vs day 79 is amazing. I started the program in June and your progress has kept me motivated. Crank it till day 90 and you might hit 40 pounds. Rock on!
ReplyDeletePat, great to see you yesterday, you behaved very well at the BBQ! You are crushing it, well done! Looking forward to your post PCP BBQ when you get back from NY. Until then, keep it up!
ReplyDeleteYo man just wanted to echo the above. Look at your Day 7 strength shot vs latest one, it's unbelievable. You are dominating this thing like Pedro Martinez in 1999~2000, or like the Sox in Game 7 of the 2004 ALCS.
ReplyDeleteAnd, good meeting you at the BBQ dude.
FINISH STRONG!
We're proud of you P-diddy, finish STRONG!
